What we collect

Your account: name, email and profile picture from Google, or the email and password you sign up with.

Your photos and results: the photos you upload and the images and videos we make from them.

Payments: Stripe and Link handle your card and the billing address used for tax. We keep the payment status, amounts and Stripe IDs, never card numbers.

Basic logs: IP address and browser details that our host, Cloudflare, records for security.

Usage analytics: Google Analytics 4 collects page views, interactions and browser/device information to help us understand how the site is used.

Microsoft Clarity collects page interactions and page structure for session replays and heatmaps, helping us find usability issues.

How we use it

To make your results, keep your credits and payments right, answer support emails and stop abuse.

Your photo is sent to our AI provider (kie.ai, which runs the image and video models) only to make your result.

How long we keep it

Original photos you upload: deleted within 24 hours. Results: kept in My lies until you delete them or your account. Payment records: kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Cookies

We use a sign-in cookie to keep you logged in, and Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity cookies to measure site usage. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled.

Children

The site is not for children under 13. Parents may upload photos of their own children to make costumes for them. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Your choices

Delete any result in My lies, or delete your whole account in settings. For a copy of your data or any privacy question, email support@sorryilied.org.
