Refund Policy
Failed generations always get their credits back. Here is how payments work.
Failed generations
If an image or video fails, its credits go back to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.
Credit packs
If you have not used any credits from a pack, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of buying it.
Memberships
Cancel any time and your membership runs to the end of the paid period. If a renewal charged you and you have not used any of its credits, ask within 7 days and we will refund it.
How to ask
Email support@sorryilied.org from your account email with your receipt from Link. Refunds go back to the original payment method; the credits from that payment are removed.
